 Tom has more than 30 years experience in a broad spectrum of legal areas - including hearing and ruling on legal cases. More importantly, Tom has vast experience in the civil law that makes up more than 60% of the cases heard in the Court of Common Pleas.


Tom earned the highest rating of "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED" to serve as Judge by our Lehigh County Bar Association and has earned the highest ethical rating from a national attorney review program.
