Tom has vast legal experience to bring to the Lehigh Valley bench, including in the civil arena that makes up more than 60% of the court's caseload and as an Arbitrator and Hearing Officer actually presiding over and deciding on cases.

Tom was born and raised in our community, graduated from our public schools, raised his own family here, and gives his time to numerous civic and charitable organizations to help keep our community strong.
